There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes when taking care of our clients promotional product orders. Our art department can offer fresh, creative ideas for new and existing logos/designs. We can create from scratch, or tweak an existing design. Nine times out of ten, we do it at no charge to the customer.
Printing (pad printing or screenprinting) and embroidery are two of the most common decorating methods in the promotional products industry, and we offer them both in addition to laser engraving, de-bossing, heat transfers and now laser etching on garments. This is where the Art Department comes in as your company logo has to be properly prepared, sized and prepped for each of the various decorating methods.
Our art department is skilled in every aspect of decorating and we treat every order with the same focus and care, whether printing your corporate logo on a pen, embroidering a golf shirt or designing a custom keychain.
Our art dept. also enables us to view and proof customer logos very quickly. This means that we don’t have to wait around for suppliers to confirm artwork compatibility because we can do it ourselves. So much time is wasted in this industry by sending artwork files back and forth from customers to suppliers and back again for approval. We do it right here in our offices. It saves everybody time and money, and ensures that the client gets their order on time.

Creative Gallery/Conceptualization: We can design anything.
Our creative team is always available to generate new designs for our customers or modify existing designs.

Detailed Mockups: We feel that seeing is believing. We can offer detailed mockups to our customers before any purchase is made. This way, we can offer a visual representation of what the clients’ corporate logo will look like on a particular product. This enables us to agree on colour choices, logo placement and size, and to get approval before committing to the order. This again saves everybody time and money because we get it right the first time.

Proposals/Programmes: When we put together a proposal for a client, we like them to see what the promotional products or apparel will look like printed or embroidered with their corporate logo. In addition to written documentation, we offer visual layouts and vivid presentations including each proposed promotional item.

 

Custom designs:  When we make something from scratch, we start with a design. Once the design is finalised, we produce it. In order to get a really great product, it has to be properly designed first.

Art Department Embroidery applications Our art department takes designs and converts them to embroidery files (the digital file that is read by the embroidery machine). We can also edit, resize, and add and remove components to any embroidery file in seconds. Trust us, there aren’t many of our competitors out there that do that. By doing this ourselves, we control the quality of our embroidery and the proper result of our clients embroidered logo. Ask anyone and they’ll tell you that quality embroidery depends on quality embroidery files.
